Here is an update to 3KM service following our previous notice posted on December 21.

We have made our best commitment to continue discussing with HDLabs, developer of 3KM, to normalize the game service, however, we have decided to terminate our agreement with HDLabs as it is no longer feasible to discuss normalization any further. 3KM service will thereby be no longer available through the Iskra portal.
