Here are some of the changes to be applied to the Privacy Policy. We would greatly appreciate it if you could refer to the amendments when using the service.

4.4.5 [Brevo], an Email Marketing Software for Thriving Businesses company, which helps ISKRA send Newsletters and event notifications to USER, only collect Users email address and use it until unsubscribe.

2. Schedule for the Amendment
■ Notice date: December 20, 2023 UTC
■ Effective date: It will become effective from 6 AM, December 21, 2023 UTC
Participating in Iskra on or after the effective date shall indicate that you have agreed to these changes.
3. Inquiry & withdrawal of Consent
Any amendments to the Privacy Policy will be retroactively applied to customers who have already agreed to the Privacy Policy when signing up to Iskra portal automatically. Should you have any inquiries to the revision, please submit a ticket to our Help Center and we will kindly get back you. If you do not indicate your disapproval to the changed Privacy Policy after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Privacy Policy.
