Thank you to all the members of Iskra service. Here are some of the changes to be applied to the Terms of Use. We would greatly appreciate it if you could refer to the amendments when using the service.
1. Changes
The main changes for the Terms of Use are as follows. Below terms will be added.

3.1.2. ISKRA will provide each User with a ISKRA Platform. ISKRA will never take custody or control over any NFT or digital reward stored in a User’s ISKRA Platform. The ISKRA Platform does not store, send or receive any NFT or reward, but such transactions occur directly on the ISKRA Blockchain or other supported blockchains. Instead of the ISKRA Platform, the User may use any compatible digital app or wallet provided by a third party company that safely connects to the ISKRA Blockchain. |

A User can connect one wallet per ISKRA account and cannot change after connecting. |
2. Schedule for the Amendment
■ Notice period: From August 22, 2023 until August 26, 2023 UTC
■ Effective date: It will become effective from 6 AM, August 26, 2023 UTC
Participating in Iskra on or after the effective date shall indicate that you have agreed to these changes.
3. Inquiry & withdrawal of Consent
Any amendments to the Terms will be retroactively applied to customers who have already agreed to the Terms when signing up to Iskra portal automatically. Should you have any inquiries to the revision, please submit a ticket to our Help Center and we will kindly get back you. If you do not indicate your disapproval to the changed Terms after the effective date of the changed Terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
