Hello. This is Iskra Team.
Thank you to all the members of Iskra service.
Here are some of the changes to be applied to the Terms of Use. We would greatly appreciate it if you could refer to the amendments when using the service.
The changes for the Terms of Use are as follows.
1. Changes
3. ISKRA PLATFORM 3.1. General 3.1.8. ISKRA has the right to charge a fee for the ISKRA Services and any applicable fees for ISKRA Services will be displayed prior to the User incurring such fee. Notwithstanding, the ISKRA Blockchain may have Blockchain Transaction Fees required to transact NFT or digital reward transactions through the ISKRA Blockchain. ISKRA may attempt to calculate for the User any Blockchain Transactions Fees, though such calculation may be inaccurate or excessive. The User may select a greater or lesser fee, and the User is solely responsible for paying any Blockchain Transaction Fees required on the ISKRA Blockchain. ISKRA will neither advance nor fund any Blockchain Transaction Fee on any User’s behalf, nor be responsible for any excess or insufficient fee calculation. 3.1.10. ISKRA provides the Services by simply providing technical support and acting on behalf of the Users within the scope of their designated work within the scope of technology, considering the blockchain network.
3.2. Staking 3.2.1. The Staking is not any financial (investment) product or service, but is a service technically supported by ISKRA to allow Users to stake themselves. Users should fully check the risks caused by the Staking or Unstaking before applying. The Staked Digital Asset may be lost or not be returned or delayed (or restricted) to be transferred due to possible reasons arising from the blockchain network of such Digital Assets, and the ISKRA is not responsible for this. Users can check the storage and management status of digital assets related to the services, and digital assets applied for staking will be excluded from the assets held, traded and withdrawable in the User's ISKRA account from the time of application for Staking until the Unstaking is completed. ISKRA will not be liable for any losses due to user’s misunderstanding of the Staking terms and changes to such term's rules. 3.2.2. ISKRA aggregates information of compensation for the Staking incurred each day, and the compensation is distributed to the user's ISKRA account. However, the distribution of compensation may betemporarily delayed depending on the blockchain network situation and technical conditions. The compensation from the Staking varies depending on the circumstances and conditions, and ISKRA does not guarantee compensation to the Users. At its sole discretion, ISKRAmay not provide the User compensation in less than the minimum unit. 3.3. NFT 3.3.1. ISKRA does not make any representations or warranties about this third-party content visible through ISKRA Services, including any content associated with NFTs displayed on the Service, and Users bear responsibility for verifying the legitimacy, authenticity, and legality of NFTs that Users purchase from the Service. For example, the elementsof each NFT (including but not limited to total number and/or usability and/or metadata) can be changed without any consultation or notice.ISKRA also cannot guarantee that any NFTs visible on ISKRA Services will always remain visible and/or available to be bought, sold, or transferred. 3.3.2. NFTs may be subject to terms directly between third-party and Users with respect to the use of the NFT content and benefits associated with a given NFT (“Third-party NFT Terms”). ISKRA is not a party to any such Third-party NFT Terms. User is solely responsible for reviewing such Purchase Terms. 3.3.3. The Service may also contain links or functionality to access or use third-party websites (“Third-Party Websites”) and applications (“Third-Party Applications”), or otherwise display, include, or make available content, data, information, services, applications, or materials from third parties (“Third-Party Materials”). When you click on a link to, or access and use, a Third-Party Website or Third-Party Application, though ISKRA may not warn Users that Users have left our Service, Users are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of another website or destination. Such Third-Party Websites, Third-Party Applications, and Third-Party Materials are not under the control of ISKRA, and may be “open” applications for which no recourse is possible. ISKRA is not responsible or liable for any Third-Party Websites, Third-Party Applications, and Third-Party Materials. ISKRA provides links to these Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Applications only as a convenience and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Applications, or their products or services or associated Third-Party Materials.
