Anyone with an Iskra portal account can purchase NFTs. Once a portal account is made, create a wallet, go through OTP authentication, enter country and age information and get ready with necessary tokens to purchase. Accounts that have been blocked for violating the Community Guidelines will NOT be able to purchase NFTs.
